第一步 扫码申报
Step 1 Scanning the QR code for application
使用手机扫描下方二维码进入境外人员住宿登记网上申报页面开始申报，或者下载“海易办”APP、通过微信、支付宝“海易办”APP小程序进入“国际服务专区”进行申报。
Scan the QR code below with your mobile phone to access the page of online registration for residence registration of visitors from overseas and start the application. You can also download the App “HaiYiBan”, and enter the “International Service” page via the mini program “HaiYiBan” on WeChat or Alipay to make an application.

第三步 填写个人信息
Step 3 Filling in personal information
如实填写个人信息，其中“联系方式”可填写本人或留宿人手机号码，也可填写本人或留宿人电子邮箱地址。
Please fill in your personal information truthfully. In regard to telephone number or email address, you can fill in your own or the accommodation persons information.
第四步 填写住宿信息
Step 4 Filling in the residence information
1.填写住宿信息时，“当前定位地址”由系统自动定位填写，不需手动修改；“详细地址”请完整准确填写住宿地址，精确到住宅区、楼栋单元、房号等信息。为了确保申报住宿地址准确有效，请到达住宿地后再进行申报操作。
When you fill in the residence information, the “Current Location Address” will be automatically filled by the system, which does not need to be manually modified. In the “Detailed Address” field, please fill in the complete and accurate residential address, including the district, building No. and room No. To ensure the accuracy and validity of the submitted residential address, please file the application after arriving at the residence.
2.填写“留宿人/单位”信息时，如无留宿人或留宿单位的，在“留宿人/单位”项目中可填报无。
If there is no accommodation person or unit, you may choose “None”.
第五步 上传证件信息
Step 5 Uploading ID document information
申报人需将境外人员手持有效出入境证件资料页进行拍照上传，并确保证件资料清晰完整展示。
Please upload a photo of the applicant holding the front page of the valid exit-entry certificate, and ensure that the certificate details are displayed clearly and fully.
第六步 安全验证
Step 6 Security verification
信息填报完成后，需通过手机短信或电子邮件进行安全验证，如手机号码无法收到验证码，请选择通过电子邮件进行安全验证。
After filling in the information, you will be subject to a security verification via either SMS or email. If you cannot receive the verification code via SMS, please choose the security verification via email.
第七步 提交申报信息
Step 7 Submitting the application
填写完毕所有信息并通过安全验证后，即可提交申报信息。如果申报住宿登记不成功，可拨打12367热线电话咨询或到居住地派出所进行登记。
After filling in all the information and passing the security verification, you can submit the application. If the application for registration fails, you may call the hotline 12367 for consultation or go to the local police station for registration.
住宿凭证 | Residence Voucher
申报成功后，系统会根据预留的联系方式发送手机短信或电子邮件通知申报人，在短信或邮件中附有相关链接，境外人员可根据需求点击下载PDF版本的《境外人员住宿登记凭证》，如需要加盖印章，请前往居住地派出所办理。
If the application is successful, the system will send a SMS or email to your contact information left in advance, with a relevant link attached in the message or email. You can download the Registration Voucher of Residence for Visitors from Overseas in PDF format upon request. If it needs to be stamped, please go to the local police station.
特别提醒 | Special Notice
1.本系统只面向居住在海南的外国朋友、港澳台同胞。
This system is only for foreigners living in Hainan, and compatriots of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.
2.如境外人员有留宿人或留宿单位，可由留宿人或留宿单位代为申报。
The accommodation person or unit can make an application on behalf of the overseas visitor.
3.申报中遇有问题，可拨打12367热线电话咨询。
If you have any questions in the application, please call the hotline 12367.
4.办理本业务不收取任何费用。
This service is completely free of charge.
